I want to lose weight fast. I have been on weight watchers for a week, and have only dropped a pound. I want something that works a little faster. Any suggestions?

its 90 days and you really lose fat and look great

or you could do something that does not really work like bow flex or jenny creag or weight watchers or something

they don’t work but some of them don’t work really really fast

p90x, its a real program, with a real amount of time and real results

i love swimming and have been goin twice a week tho no show of any tonning or weight loss boo hoo. is it really worth the hard work or is a different exercise better for weight loss like walking or bke riding ect…..thank you in advance.

do a variety of things altogether. such as continue swimming , and biking, walking, running, yoga or even wii fit if you have it!
